Red Rising reads like a 12 year old boys fever script for an action movie. It lacks originality and borrows heavily from The Hunger Games. Dont believe me? Both have a society split up into different fractions, depending on what they provide the world. Both have arenas with teens killing each other, while patrons look on and provide gifts for their favored participants.
