This was probably my least favorite book in the series so far. It was still good but I don't think it added much to the overarching story. I honestly was probably more intrigued by the story line of Courtney and Dodger than I was of Bobby's. I still think there are a ton of questions to be answered and am a bit concerned that there is not much time left to answer them. Overall still a decent book and I would recommend that if you've made it this far in the series it is still worth the read.(reread in 2019)Great book the battle has elevated to new heights.I'm glad I decided to read this series again 10 years later. I couldn't stop reading to the point were my eyes grow tired.2 more books to go! (not counting the side books)
WHY COULDN'T THEY ALL BE THIS GOODSeriously if I'd never read those books as a child, I would've given up at the second book, maybe fourth if I were fifteen. Either something happened or the author is just on fire!So Bobby. Bobby is getting reaaaally fun. He's cold, down-to-earth and kind of a pessimistic smart-ass. Aka great. His story was nice, although Rayne wasn't all that interesting, they didn't waste time anywhere where they shouldn't be and it flowed pretty well. OH AND THE TWISTS THERE
Clearly not the final book even though Bobby thinks so. The plot twist at the end surprised me because I didnt think Nevva could be so close to Bobby this whole time. It makes me wonder if she was involved in any of the previous territories. I wonder what the destruction of Forge has done because it seems it hasnt affecting Bobby and Ibara. The future of Mark and Courtney seems that they will have help Bobby escape from Veelox. Saint Dane probably knows where another flume is or another way to
Pilgrims of Rayne was when Pendragon went to a territory called "Ibra". He them found the traveler from that territory named Siry. They together went to explore beyond the island and found that it was connected to Veelox, the territory with lifelight and Aja. They together fought to continue Aja's vision for her people. I really enjoyed this book by far. It was one of the books in these series that the "normal" people got exposed to some truths about travelers. This book also had a lot of mixing
My immediate reaction, after reading this book............ Honestly, why don't many people know about this series? It's frustrating because this is an AWESOME FANTASTIC adventure science fiction book !! And I really wish it had a cult following. It has perfect dynamic, diversity and science fiction world. This book was action packed from the start till the end. And OMG! so many twist and reveals...... Some painful, some so bloody confusing and some shocking. This book had it all. One thing I
Many kids get bored about the the fact to read a big chapter book such as Pendragon The Pilgrims of Rayne but It all changed for me at least when I started this whole series or you would say it the Pendragon series. The most Impressive thing I Thought about this whole book is how the author was able to hook people into reading the first book such as myself. Other reasons why I liked this book so much is how descriptive the author wrote this book. I like the fact like Harry Potter the book
