Crit Regarding Books ホリミヤ 1 (Horimiya #1)

This is the kind of manga that I love. Not a whole lot happens, but the characters are fun to "hang out" with and make it a good read. I wouldn't call the characters "quirky" so much as "fun."Not sure how long this series can keep up the light-hearted slice-of-life, but I hope it's for a few more volumes. :)

What a great start! I loved the characters, the plot, the drawings, and pretty much everything about it! I just keep reading chapter after chapter all in one sitting. I just feel all bubbly inside! I just remembered to update this to 'I'm finished' because I accidentally started volume 2 and I'm now on the last chapter.

in the beginning it was quite plain and boringyet it got better and better, the characters being extremely cute making me go 'awww' a few times.

The first volume was sweet, adorable, relaxed and cheerful. I really liked it. It was like breath of fresh air. It was kinda slow, but I guess slice-of-life manga are slow in general. I loved all the character relationships and want to read more about them. Overall, I'll continue with this one.

This was such a cute manga! The drawings were superb and the depiction of Miyamura <3 Im only giving it 4 stars though because it wasnt as straightforward to read as the other manga I have read (Orange and Dreamin Sun). Still this was an adorable read and I will definitely be carrying on with the series. Full RTC
