I'm a bit torn on what to rate this - 3.5? 4?. I think the book/series has potential, but there were a few things that bugged me...1. Mara starts off the book as this innocent, naive, anxious teenage girl, then a few days later she's turned into this conniving, cunning, political player who is besting everyone - including men who have been playing at dangerous politics for their entire lives.2.
