This one suffered a bit from Second Book Syndrome, but I am so deeply in love with Jack that I don't even really care.WHAT?????? Just... This is a great sequel to Half Upon A Time. May, Phillip, and Jack try to figure out who May really is and who her parents are but the fairy homelands are in a sleeping cursed and are about to be terrorized byđ„FIRE BREATHING DRAGONSđ„. The run into some pirates and they make them go to the mermaid land underwater and get a mermaid. They battle some and make friends with some. The Mermaid Megan agreed to help them so they make it out of a battle and magically travel to the fairies and save them.
Everyone that reads this needs to know the terrible mentioning in this book. Don't be fooled, it is a fun book to read but fun leads to sin. The comments about "half monkey" are completely WRONG! Fantasy is fine but leave out the atheist comments. Humans are not, I repeat NOT half monkey. God made us. There is no monkey in us. PERIOD. If you don't believe in God and Jesus you have no good ending coming to you. Read but do not let it deceive you. This is an example of brainwashing. The author
I really, really liked this book. I really liked when May tricked the Wicked One into thinking she was under the sleep spell when she actually wasn't. I didn't really like how some parts were summarized like when they met the Panned Piper. I would have liked a bit more detail. Other than that, this book was really good and it was a really fast read for me.
