This was another okay read in the series, but at times it dragged slightly for me.

"I like It Like That", by Cecily von Ziegesar, was a novel full of drama and gossip. Blair is having problems at home and decides she wants to stay with her best friend, Serena, for a while. Serena decides to invite Blair to go on vacation together in Manhatten. When they are there, they see Nate and his new...girlfriend. The first four in the series were total fluffy throwaway, mostly only interesting if you are a fan of the TV series and are curious to see how the show diverges from the books (spoiler - Chuck is recreationally gay!) We've reached #5 and I'm worried we're losing steam. While the antics of our teens are getting more extreme, it also feels more hollow than its predecessors (which is saying something).
