Patrick Lee is a skilled writer and The Breach is a creative story. I liked it enough that I'm interested in moving on to the second book in the series, and I would easily recommend it to people. The first 1/3 of the story is intriguing, atmospheric and suspenseful.But, I almost wanted to give this three stars instead of four because there's a long scene in the middle that goes way over the top.
